Every Aluminium alloy rim requires effective attention of a qualified technician if the alloy rim is cracked or damaged . Every damaged alloy rim needs a different dedicated aluminium welding on the rim. Price on request will be given by inspection on the damaged rim.
Our Solution
After every aluminium welding, every rim is inspected and tested to insure the safety of the alloy rim. Precision machine tools enable safely trim if the alloy rim is repaired . Machining is done to smooth out welding areas to enhance the original finish of the wheel. All Wheels are inspected and must meet our” safety to repair” criteria.

Safe Repairs
Not all Wheels should be repaired. Miwico Tyres inspect every rim and use techniques qualify all wheel surfaces before the rim is booked in.
A wheel with a bent or cracked spokes, cracked elongated lugholes,crackes in the mounted surface, or cracks in the valve steam or bead will not be reapired. All repaired alloy rim are marked with a tracked Jobcard no.<

How we do it.
Complete wheel refinishing to alloy wheels that are scratched,scraped to pavements or paint are faded and needs attention.
- First, we inspect the damage on your rim
- If there is no damage, we strip the old paint of completely to the bare alminuim.
- Now rims are ready for new primers, paint and clear coat..
- Baking on the new paints are assential, and we have to follow the correct procuders. That is why we need to make a booking, or we can supply loan rims while yours been taken care of.
